This was a really easy recipe to make and can be changed to make it your own. The recipe calls for ground beef but you can substitute with ground chicken or turkey. you can change the flour tortilla to whole wheat tortillas. You can add diced tomatoes to the mixture if you like and use a low fat Cheddar Cheese instead of regular.
These seem like great starting points for many recipes ideas!!
